What Do I Need To Bring

You are basically renting an unfurnished apartment. 

 

You need to bring your own furniture, your bed, mattress, chest of drawers, chairs, bedside table, towels and linens.  You are welcome to bring room decorations and framed artwork.  A Laundry basket or hamper and clothes hangers are very useful.

What Things Are Not Allowed

Do not bring extension cords, power strips, or rugs.  Do not bring kitchen appliances.  We supply a refrigerator and a microwave. 

 

Keurig style coffee makers  with an auto off feature are allowed.  We have coffee available all day in the dining room and the Broadway Bistro.

 

Your pet(s) are not allowed.  The Pearl At Fairview does not allow pets – No Cats, Dogs, Frogs, Fish or any other type of pet.

 

Your chewing tobacco and weed.  The Pearl At Fairview is a No Smoking, No Vaping, No Tobacco Products Property.  This includes inside and outside of the building.

 

 

Television and Cable Service

The Pearl At Fairview has installed a television in each resident room.

 

We provide access to local Nashville stations,  hundreds of streaming stations, 1,000’s of movies, most every old tv series you could want, youtube, and much more.  This is included at no additional charge.

 

You may subscribe to online services at your own expense.

 

We are not setup to have Comcast installed in resident rooms.

Pets

Pets are strictly prohibited within the premises of our Assisted Living Facility. For the safety and well-being of all residents, staff, and visitors; no animals, including but not limited to dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, or any other pets, are allowed within the facility at any time.

 

This policy is in place to maintain a clean, comfortable, and allergen-free environment and to prevent potential incidents that may arise from pet interactions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy to ensure the continued harmony and tranquility of our community.

Food Service - Special Diets

The Pearl At Fairview offers a regular diet, no salt added and a no sugar added diet.

 

Our nursing staff and dietary staff will guide residents with food choices from our broad menu to support special diet considerations.  We are not equipped or staffed to provide additional diets.

Please discuss any special diet needs or considerations, including allergies in advance.  We want every resident’s experience to be great…

Food Service - Menu

The Pearl At Fairview rocks with food service menu choices.  We offer a normal cycle style menu with an entree and vegetables for lunch and supper.

We offer a Full Restaurant Style Menu Everyday.  You can choose from entrees, sandwiches, salads, even pizza.  Breakfast is served all day.

Food Service - Meal Times

The Pearl At Fairview is a Montessori approach to Assisted Living – We believe in choices in every aspect possible.  We offer choices of what to eat and when to eat.

 

Breakfast – 7 am till 9 am

Lunch – 11 am till 1 pm

Supper – 5 pm till 7 pm

 

Breakfast is Served All Day

 

Food Service - In Room Meals

The Pearl At Fairview is focused on the Total Resident Experience.  We want our Residents to participate in the social rituals of dining with other people.  We have a good time at meals and want our residents to be happy.

 

In room meal delivery is available.  We charge $10 to deliver a meal.  This fee is charged as a deterrent to a resident eating alone in their room. 

 

If a resident is sick we will provide in room meals at no additional charge.  Sick is limited to a few days at a time as directed by our nursing staff or the resident’s physican.
