From our very first tour, this place felt like home. The layout, the decor, and especially the atmosphere immediately stood out to us. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming and genuine. The care that Mom has received here has been phenomenal. Our biggest joy is seeing her engaged and interacting with others. It gives us great comfort to know that she is included as much as possible and not isolated. Making the decision for memory care is not an easy one. At The Pearl, we know that Mom is safe and cared for in an environment that feels warm and inviting rather than confining or clinical.

Finding an appropriate place for a beloved spouse or other person suffering from any form of dementia is a daunting task. The relatively new facility, The Pearl at Fairview, came highly recommended primarily on the basis of the reputation of its experienced and compassionate executive director and her staff. The Pearl is an appealing facility: meticulously maintained; well-lit and clean; with calm, interesting decor and colors that reflect unpretentious staff cheerfulness. From front desk and administrative personnel to nurses, caregivers and cleaning staff, I continue to witness creative individualized attention given to my husband. The entire Pearl team shares the goal of providing M______ and his neighbors with the best possible quality of life. As his spouse of 50 years, knowing that his physical, mental, emotional and social needs are being adequately met is granting me a safer, healthier, and more loving way to live. When Mom’s dementia worsened I was so thankful to find The Pearl at Fairview memory care. Mom has absolutely loved being there and has made friends with all the other ladies. I can sleep at night knowing she is safe and can’t wander out. It’s nice to feel like her daughter again instead of a 24/7 caregiver.

We are so grateful for the wonderful care at The Pearl. My husband is treated with respect and so much love. The staff is always helpful, the atmosphere is beautiful, and everything is always clean! I would recommend The Pearl to anyone needing care for a loved one.

Our mother has been at the Pearl in the memory wing since March 4, 2025. It was the best decision we her 3 children made to give her the 24/7 oversight care we were unable le to provide. I see her 4 days a week and she receives excellent care from the daily caregivers. She enjoys the food and facility is beautiful. The Pearls executive director Rebekah Tidwell provides oversight that is most excellent. She stayed at the Pearl during the great snow and ice storm early 2026 to make sure all bases were covered, including temporary shelter for residents from other facilities.
