Key Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms and common areas ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping and mopping.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Follow established housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism.

Experience

• Previous experience in senior living housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed (up to 50 pounds).
• Knowledge of housekeeping management principles is advantageous.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality service.
