Meet Our Team
Rebekah Tidwell
Hi, my name is Rebekah Tidwell and I am honored to serve as the Executive Director at The Pearl at Fairview. Growing up in Charlotte, Tennessee I always knew I wanted to be a nurse. After graduating from TCAT Dickon as an LPN, I continued my education and currently hold a Master in Nursing with an Emphasis on Healthcare Leadership and Management.
This educational path allowed me to advance in roles from CNA to Executive Director. This trajectory equips me to lead my team with empathy and experience. There is nothing I will ask of them that I am not capable of and experienced at doing myself. No one wants me to be in charge of cooking dinner, though, lol.
I strive to daily bring joy and individualized care to our assisted living residents and support to their families. I focus on quality of life and individualized care for all our residents, but particularly those in The Garden, our secured unit specializing in Memory Care.
My husband and I live nearby. When we aren’t working we enjoy spending time with our grandsons.
Julie Boyd
Julie was born and raised in Franklin, TN. She has over 15 years of nursing experience.
Graduated from the Practical Nurse program at Tennessee College of Applied Technology
Dickson.
She currently lives in White Bluff with her boyfriend and their two dogs. Julie has a 12
year old Yorkie named Savanna, he has an extremely hyper Boston terrier named Bunny.
Together they enjoy fishing and gardening.
Holly Coons
Hi there! I’m Holly Coons, originally from Danbury, CT, and I proudly serve as the Life Enrichment Director—better known here at The Pearl at Fairview as the “Cruise Director.”
With over 25 years of sparking joy and enriching lives, I believe FUN is a vital sign of daily living.
From themed parties and meaningful programs to crafting, dancing, and a lively game of
B-I-N-G-O at two, I specialize in turning ordinary days into unforgettable moments.
For the past two years, I’ve proudly called The Pearl my home. Around here, my days are
action-packed—whether it’s a spirited bingo match, a relaxing facial, or a scenic drive through
the countryside. The residents truly feel like family to me, and I’m constantly inspired to create
experiences that bring joy, laughter, and connection into their lives.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of 5 and a bonus mom of 4, with one sweet grandbaby and 3
bonus grandbabies who light up my world. And when I do find a little spare time, you’ll usually
catch me in my Jeep—top and doors off—soaking up the open road and a little adventure.
Rinesa Harrison
Hi I’m Rinesa Harrison, with over 30 years of cooking experience, I bring heart, heritage, and
high standards to every dish I create. As the oldest girl of five children, I began cooking at a
young age, preparing soulful, home-cooked meals that laid the foundation for my lifelong
passion for the culinary arts.
My passion evolved professionally over 15 years ago when I became a sous chef at an assisted
living facility. Under the mentorship of an executive chef with a culinary degree and a rich
background in Mennonite and Amish traditions, I expanded my skills beyond soulful comfort
food, learning to master a diverse range of dishes and techniques.
I believe in using fresh ingredients, choosing quality over quantity, and above all, cooking with
love. My kitchen philosophy reflects my nurturing spirit as a mother of two and my commitment
to serving food that not only tastes good but feels like home.
Allen Tidwell

What I enjoy most about my role is connecting with our residents, whether it’s helping with their needs or just sharing a friendly conversation. It’s rewarding to make a difference in their day.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dad to two wonderful sons, and we love spending quality time together. In my free time, you’ll often find me riding my motorcycle, enjoying the open road. I’m thrilled to be part of The Pearl, working to create a warm and welcoming community for everyone.
