Setting
Assisted Living and Memory Care Community
Key Duties
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes in condition.
Document patient information accurately using ALIS.
Support patients with daily living activities and provide emotional support.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Experience
Previous experience in inpatient or outpatient settings is preferred, but not required. We will gladly train new graduates.
Knowledge of behavioral health practices is beneficial for our secured memory care unit.
Experience in hospice care is an asset.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
Requirements
Active Tennessee LPN or RN license. Assisted living or elder care experience preferred but not required.
